Offences brought to Justice
Shows the number of offences brought to justice (OBTJ) in the 12 month periods to the ends of the last two quarters.
OBTJ Efficiency
This shows the budgeted expenditure on bringing offences to justice for each year from 2008/09 till 2010/2011.
Public Confidence in the Fairness and Effectiveness of the CJS
These tables will show the percentage of respondents to the British Crime Survey (BCS) who were very or fairly confident in the effectiveness and fairness of the Criminal Justice System (CJS) in bringing offenders to justice.

Currently shown: the percentage of BCS respondents who were very or fairly confident in the effectiveness and fairness of the CJS in the baseline period (six months to March 2008) for England and Wales.
Victim and Witness Satisfaction with the CJS
The first set of monitoring data will show the proportion of victims and witnesses satisfied with their treatment with the Criminal Justice System, measured by the Witness and Victim Experience Survey (WAVES), in England and Wales and across Local Criminal Justice Board areas in the financial year-to-date (e.g. cases closed April to September 2008).
 
Currently shown: the proportion of victims and witnesses satisfied with their treatment with the Criminal Justice System in the baseline period (cases closed six months to March 2008).
Victim Satisfaction with the Police
Shows the percentage of respondents questioned in police user satisfaction surveys in the 12 month period to the end of the last quarter who said they were completely/very/fairly satisfied with the service provided by the police when taking the whole experience into account.

Data is also shown for the baseline period (April 2007 till March 2008).
Addressing Race Disporoportionality: Minimum Data Set (MDS)
Shows delivery of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) across LCJBs against the planned roll-out. Also shows the planned delivery of the Basket of Indicators analysis tools and the Action Plans.
Asset Recovery and Confidence Enforcement
Shows the total value of criminal assets recovered from criminal activities by the CJS agencies in England, Wales and Northern Ireland for the last quarter. Also shows the amount of confiscation order monies collected in the last quarter for England and Wales and each LCJB.
Asset Recovery - Confiscation and Restraint Orders Obtained
Shows the Financial Year targets for each CJS Area; the volume and value of confiscation orders obtained and the volume of restraint orders obtained, with their percentage against the Financial Year To Date trajectory.
Fine Enforcement
The amount paid into court as a percentage of new amounts owed for the period. The periods run from the start of the financial year (April) to each quarter end i.e. the financial year to date.
FTA Warrants Outstanding
The number of outstanding warrants is the total of all warrants, at the last working day of the given month, not executed or withdrawn. This includes all warrants issued in previous months which have not yet been executed or withdrawn. Those warrants received by police in the given Area, but where enquiries have been sent to another police force are counted as part of this figure. Those warrants imported from other police forces do not count as part of the receiving Area's total.
FTA Warrants Stock/Flow Ratio
The stock/flow ratio is calculated by dividing the number of outstanding warrants by the average number (over previous three months) of warrants received.
FTA Timeliness of Execution
Warrants are categorised by the police on receipt as either A, B or C according to their priority. Warrants are categorised A for serious original offences or priority, prolific or young offenders down to C for low level offences. The police are given targets to execute each category of warrant within a specific timeframe. National standards are set to execute 73% of category A warrants within 14 days, 73% of category B warrants within 21 days and 64% of category C warrants within 28 days. Individual targets have been negotiated with each LCJB area which accumulates to meet the national standards above.
Community Penalties
Shows the timeliness of the end to end community penalty breach enforcement process. The measure is the percentage of breaches resolved within 25 working days from the relevant unacceptable failure to comply.
