Community Groups
The Board welcomes the opportunity to meet with members of local community groups. A number of local groups are also part of a Community Group Forum which meets with the Board throughout the year.
The Board's Race and Diversity Group regulary delivers its criminal justice roadshow to local community groups. Devised with members of black and minority ethnic groups in mind, the roadshow follows a case through the criminal justice system, from a crime being committed to the offender being sentenced. The audience then have the opportunity to question staff from across the CJS.
